Big Dog Performance

I recommended the shop to a friend due to knowing the owner. Biggest mistake I could have made. The work was the poorest I had ever seen and the returns to have it fixed rectified nothing. I have never seen a shop so able to screw so many things up repeatedly. Rich you will never get another recommend from me again due to the repeated poor work. If I could have given the shop a -5 stars it would have been more representative of your shops commitment to good work!

Brought my cummins in because of low fuel pressure and didn't have time to work on it myself. They charged me 370$ for charging my battery's, tightening a wiring harness and telling me I had a bad gauge. They wanted to replace my gauge for another 500$. Those tasks should take maximum 1hr of work. I'm not sure what they were doing for the other 1.5 hours of work but they missed the leaking isolator valve which I ended up fixing myself and solving the issue for $20. So much for being "diesel specialists"

Took my truck in for a leaking axle seal. After having the truck back for less than 200km the axle bearing on that side of the truck failed completely, ruining the hub. After getting the truck back and spending another $600, just over a 1000km the axle seal on the other side of the truck is now leaking. It cost me over $1200 total with all the invoices from big dog and the tow bill to replace a $20 seal. I inspected the vent tube for the axle, which should have been checked upon the first repair, and found the vent to be plugged off which is most likely the cause of the original leak. I was a returning customer to big dog, a lot of promises were made but I had to pressure them on my side there, was no going above and beyond on big dogs part. I had to push for everything and call multiple time to sort things out with them. For the full review check their Facebook page.

Would recommend to anyone for anything. Staff are very helpful and knowledgable. Fixed my truck for less than half what another shop quoted me for. Very impressed with the service I received.

Currently held up with missing money. They requested I leave a deposit for a shock rebuild, they shut their doors and I can't seem to get ahold of anyone who has anything to do with anyone. Convenient.

Excellent service and a fair price. Last item purchased was carli ball joints. They were the same price as the us price after exchange.

High expectation based on other reviews...estimate given was loose and high then contradicted later that day. I wanted to like them but lost trust in front end staff.
