Absolutely amazing! Very professional, very friendly, very accommodating staff. I really need to mention that there might be only 1or 2 people working at a time because it is a family operation, but they are ALWAYS top notch! They have what seems to be an endless list of flavours and I haven’t found one yet that wasn’t delicious. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We LOVE this ice cream shop! The staff and owners are kind, professional, and care about their customers. We had a mixup with a gift card and they took care of everything without any problems. And the ice cream and milkshakes are delicious :
We waited 2 years to have an ice cream from this place as the first time we went in January 2020 it was closed for winter, then Covid hit so we waited and it was well worth the wait. Amazing ice cream served in a waffle cone and it took ages to eat, there was so much. Thank you we'll be back on our next trip from the UK
Good place. Ice cream servers are good but sometimes there are one or two not that friendly. Overall this is a great place to enjoy a delicious ice cream. Flavors are amazing!!
Decided to have ice cream in Okotoks on our way home to Calgary. Big dipper was coming on top of the list in google maps list. Glad we visited them. They have a plenty of good flavors. Enjoyed their awesome ice cream and wonderful service. Will surely visit again!

I've been here a couple of times with my family and it's always delicious! Never regret driving out here just for an ice cream.
