Our family needed to downsize from a 12 passenger van. BJ at Big City got in touch with me and we were able to work out a trade for a 2019 plug-in hybrid Chrysler Pacifica. We were able to get a level 2 charger installed in our garage. We can typically charge the 16kwh battery 30miles in about 1-2hours. It’s been perfect for our daily commute! Otherwise for longer trips the PHEV Pacifica flips to gas mode. Thank you Big City Motors for an easy and enjoyable experience.
I needed a one ton truck to pull my toy hauler. When I arrived at Big City Motors in Sioux Falls I was greeted by BJ. I aready did my research and told BJ what vehicle I was interested. He let me take a test drive and I told him I would take it. After having the truck for a few days the ABS system was acting up. I called BJ and explained what was going on. He told me to take it to Billion to have it looked at. Then he told that Big City Motors would cover the cost of the repairs. I would definetly recommend Big City Motors for they are very professional and also willing to work with their customers. Two thumbs up also goes to BJ for all his help.
Just bought a used CRV from Zach after having my own car totaled in an accident recently. Him and his coworker BJ were great to work with and made sure we had all our questions answered. BJ is a great help in finding a new car ! Wasn’t too stuck on a vehicle and with some help and a couple test drives I walked off the lot same day with a 2020 Subaru Legacy ! Definitely recommend Big City Motors in finding a car well worth the price !

We had been looking for a traverse online and happen to find the exact one we wanted at Big City Motors, we left a message saying we were interested and in no time BJ contacted me letting me know he was available for any questions. We scheduled a time to go look at the car and test drive it, i thought it was awesome they let you test drive it alone but once you return he is ready to answer any questions or show you anything about the vehicle, while never making you feel under pressure. We ran some numbers with Zach and Donn who were also awesome to work with that same night and everyone there was very acceptance to us leaving and giving it the night to think about it. We had that bad gut feeling not because of the vehicle or facility that next morning and called BJ saying we have to pass, BJ instantly asked what he could do to make that feeling go away and help us drive off with our dream car. They did some work and called back and made it work for us! My experience I noticed Bj, Zach, Donn and the rest of the employees at Big City Motors is they work hard to satisfy customers and enjoy getting to help people drive off the lot with their dream car while not having that bad gut feeling…………Waylen will be getting his first car from Big City Motors.
Our experience with BJ & Joe was awesome! Doing a deal across the state over the phone, sight unseen except for their photos & info on their website, BJ answered every question I had! He & Joe worked with me to get a good, fair deal when there were minor issues with the car! BJ even came in on his day off to finish the sale! Joe had all the paperwork ready and answered our questions, too! The car is in great shape and looks new, even tho it's 6 years old! It ran great bringing it back across the state...no issues whatsoever! We would definitely do other deals with them, sight unseen, as they were honest & fair...and just nice ppl to do business with!
