Friendly staff and efficient service! The woman that books the services is very friendly and accommodating. We hired 2 movers to assist us with the removal of one of our clinics sliding doors. They were on time, and got right to work. It was definitely a more complicated job than expected, but they were both very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. They had all the necessary tools and equipment that was needed for the job. I would highly recommend Big Brothers Moving! Thank you Big Brothers Moving for the great service!

My neighbour and I used Big Brothers Moving to help us with some pots and furniture that we needed moved around our individual townhouses. We both found the company to be extremely pleasant to deal with, from talking to Zena in the office to set up the move, to the two young men who came to move our furniture. They arrived on time, were polite, friendly, and respectful of our property. They were very fast and efficient, and the work was completed on our individual properties well within the time period we had allotted. I would highly recommend this company!

Great service and communication. Very pricier than other moving companies. The move was very smooth and they worked fast. They even helped to put certain things in certain places in the new place and they were happy to accommodate. They wrapped all my fragile items in wraps that were needed and made sure everything was in place before leaving. I'd definitely use them again! Thanks Big Brothers team.

We hired two people to help with our move and they were wonderful. They showed up 10 minutes early and worked quickly and efficiently. We also needed them for an additional hour and they were able to make that happen. Thanks Big Brothers Moving!!

The impressive part of this moving company is their follow-up. After the move they make the effort to call you and ask how your experience was. And if there were any concerns they make their best effort to fix them. This meant a lot to me. Thank you Will, Rumi, Marshall and Jack.
