I have been buying gas and and occasional pizza slice for years and have always been happy. Last night I ordered a whole cheese pizza planning to put my own anchovies on it. I was supper happy with the quality of the pizza and more than amazed at the price of $8 for a large pie. This is half the price of most other local pizza shops and equal to the quality. This is our "go to" place for take away pizza from now on.
Hi I am a customer that has been going to the store for years... I am writing this email.. to say what huge improvement .. the store has been extremely clean the employees seem to be much happier... The service is much faster...... I haven't seen the the other lady in the deli... That was so angry at times.... Glad to see there has been improvement to you store.... Your manager and her team has done a great job. I am from Spencer NY..... Been working in the Ithaca area for over 30 yrs as a business owner....
I frequently stop to purchase fuel and the pumps never have paper to get a receipt. Being a business owner this is extremely frustrating. Today the keypad did not work which means no gas for me on that pump. When I ask why there is never any paper, I get “yeah they get jammed”. I mean seriously all of them?
Mediocre at best. Never seems to be enough employees and it smells funny all the time. Plus it's about 20 degrees too warm in there to be comfortable.
Been ordering from here for years no issues last 4 months horrible.. today I ordered a fresh pizza light sauce was told 20 minutes.. When I went to get it not only was it burnt looking I found hair in it and it was not light sauce.. I called back and Staci the manager said it was pulled right out of freezer and put in oven I asked why it was not made when I ordered with light sauce she said they are all made with light sauce I beg to differ which is why I ordered it light sauce....
Decent pizza for a gas station. Cigarettes are waaay too high priced.
Quick easy in and outas well as store is clean every time I stop
