I was so pleased with my recent experience. The service provided was exceptional and truly went above and beyond. It's refreshing to find a place that values customer satisfaction so highly. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking a positive and supportive interaction.

This has been my main library branch for well over a decade. I moved and lived out of province for almost 10 years and when I returned this branch hadn’t changed a bit in a good way and the improvements that had been added have greatly enhanced our experience when we visit. This branch is always clean, the staff is very friendly and so helpful, and I just love bringing my kids to visit and sign out books.

A cozy little community library with plenty of sitting space, large windows, study space, and a dedicated children’s area. It is quite small and does not have a quiet reading or study area. Whenever there are kids at the library, it gets quite loud. They also have a newspaper and magazine reading area. The bathrooms at this location are always clean and well maintained.

The library is very noisy, and everyone is speaking loudly—especially those working at the information desk, who are laughing and talking all the time. There are also children shouting without any control. If you want to study, it is a very bad place.

I have been here a few time, it is a nice library but it is very noisy. It is too noisy to study or read. I am not talking about the children in the children area making noises but I am talking about many teenagers laughing and talking loud and the staff not doing anything about it. There were 2 teenagers gaming and we could hear them talk and laugh at the other end of the place.nThe staff did not care at all. Bring earplugs if you want to study or work.
