Beyond the Daily Grind Cafe

My husband and me had an incredible breakfast at this friendly Cafe last week. I ordered the 3-grain pancakes with orange zest and my husband had an omelet chocked full of sautéed veggies and a bit of bacon with hash browns on the side. We shared our plates and chowed down to one of the most delicious meals we had in a long time. The service was even better while our type of music played softly in the background. It was a memorable experience!!!

Tuna salad sandwich had no flavor. Cream of broccoli soup had lumps, didn't taste very good. and the coffee had grounds in the coffee. Service was terrible!!!

They were open until 1pm, but when I came in at 12:38pm they said they were closed. I asked for soup with a roll. "To go right? Because we are closed" They were able to do that. "Can I get a plastic spoon?" "It's in the bag." Get back to car so I can eat my soup.. No spoon. Roasted squash soup was very spicy but without any true savory flavor. Roll was a good texture and flavor but served cold. The perks? The price. The cons? The whole experience.
