Wonderful experience, very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Betty Rubin. Has a very nice variety of dresses.
Doesn't even deserve one star! First, can't respect the budget you give her, gets you to try on dresses and only tells you the prices afterwards. Then, can't take measurements correctly. The wedding gowns was way too big, all 3 MOH/bridesmaids weren't the right sizes, even if the size of the floor model was a perfect fit to the MOH. Had to pay a lot to get the dresses fix. Less than a month before the weeding and the mother's dresses aren't in, as one came in the wrong colour and the other was being shipped the wrong length. Even if the dresses don't come in, you loose your deposit! All dresses were ordered in September. How can it go that wrong??
Excellent service! She knows what looks good on each body type. We bought a prom dress from her and she gave us a good deal on it. She also gracefully fit us into her tight schedule as we didn't realize we required an appointment. She is very helpful, friendly and professional.
What an experience we just had! Betty made this exciting and fun and she is simply the most wonderful woman. Her dress selection is out of this world! A definite must for that "special dress".
