We have enjoyed 12 years of fantastic service. Unfortunately this year things took a drastic turn and the service is poor and communication seems to fall on deaf ears. The majority of people on our street use them but many are shopping around for next winter.......sad.

Horrible snow removal! BEWARE, NEW OWNERS, they also own PERTERSON, DLC and GRIZZLY! No matter which one you hire, IT'S THE SAME COMPANY. They come too late in the morning, after we leave for work. Then they don't come THE ENTIRE DAY. Always come home to a driveway full of snow. Called multiple times today, to only leave messages with a machine. Not impressed, or even slightly satisfied.

They took over snow clearing for BSSR in our area and the service has suffered significantly. Unless they turn things around for the remainder of the season, we won't be renewing and neither will most people on our street.

I am completely unimpressed. Poor service. I and 4 of my neighbors plan to switch next year.

They have been good, but recently they have not. There is a mound of ice and snow in front of the garage and front door making it hard to get in and out. All they did was throw dirt on it.
