If you're traveling with a dog, you can't beat this hotel. Plenty of grassy area for a nice long walk. I did notice that a couple of people hadn't picked up after their dog, probably because they were a good ways away from the building. No excuse! Keep the area nice for everyone! The hotel even supplied poop bags, so absolutely no excuse. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. Much better than the other chains.

We weren't expecting more than a convenient place to spend a night on the road with our dog, but this place was really great. NOT fancy but excellent in all ways. The front desk staff was friendly and sweet. We took advantage of having a restaurant on the property because we were pooped but the food was yummy. Unexpected variety on the menu. The breakfast buffet was 100 times better than most 'breakfast included' options. We will definitely make a point of stopping here again.

Clean comfortable room. Very helpful staff. At check-in I was given a breakfast voucher for the hotel restaurant. Anything on the list was free or $5 off any menu item. I also received 10% off my dinner ticket. A predictable experiance - good room, good restaurant, great staff - all at a reasonable price! This is why I use Best Western whenever I travel - it's predictable and it's always a good value.

Clean, comfortable, spacious. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The pool was awesome. Having the restaurant on site was a big plus. The breakfast was delicious, many options and the wait staff was friendly and had great service! We have stayed here before, a few years ago and had a great stay so I knew when I booked it again for our mini family road trip vacation I would have no doubts it would be great again! I am a reward member and it was a great value for the price I paid also. I highly recommend becoming a rewards member to Best Western!! We used it our whole vacation and loved each place we stayed at.

Good experience. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Sonny's Bar and Grill, is very good. My only complaint is that we ended up in a room right beside the entrance to building 3. The door to the hallway didn't lock to the outside (there is a room key scanner but the door would open without using it. I tried it.) So anyone who wanted to could walk in the hallway. I wasn't too worried about that, because it seemed to be a very small town and not even near the main part of town. What bothered me was that every single time someone entered or exited the hallway it was so loud it sounded like they were walking right inside our room. It took several times for us to not startle every time we heard it. The shower water pressure was good and everything seemed clean. Pool is outdoor, hot tub is indoor in the main building. This hotel is directly off the interstate, literally less than 1 mile from the Baker City exit. I would recommend this hotel to a friend, but if I stayed here again I would request to be further down the hall.
