DO NOT recommand.nWhen we checked in the floors were sticky, the room smelled like cigarette. The heater wouldnt stop running even closed. The linen was stained the curtains as well. We complained and we NEVER offered a reimbursement. The manager is condescending and says that the rooms were acceptable and he had stayed in them. Told me I was lying and that we were offered our money back but we weren’t. Let me tell you if I was offered I would’ve left. People seemed to be living in the facilities. In order to have a call back from the manager we had to complaint to the head office. We had to sleep on top of the bed fully clothes because it was gross. We will never be returning! The pictures online aren’t representative on the website so I will be adding the real one.
I would give 3-star if not for the cheap price. The room has a smell and the mattress is not quite comfortable and making noise. The breakfast was great and the front desk gave me a warm welcome even it was 12am.
Rooms are decent and bigger than expected, location is perfect for our purpose however the breakfast was horrible, no juice, no yogurt, no milk, no pancake, no waffle.. absolutely nothing other than sad tasting eggs and bacon. Doesn't make any sense for $140 for a weeknight.
They were undergoing some renovations at the time of our stay. It's an older place, our bathroom door squeaked hauntedly, but we got a kick out of it. Room is open spaced but clean and the door opens from the outside so it got cold easily. Loveseat terribly uncomfortable and seats dipped. Mattress definitely had a dip on the one side that made the bed a little uncomfy. Continental breakfast was good, and located in an actual room that was repurposed for those renovations. Great coffee.
Don't stay at this hotel, Dirty Dump. Staff didn't help,manager was no help, Don't even want to leave one star but have to in order to leave review. Pics of the room I saw online weren't of the room I stayed in.
