They have a good selection of audio and electronic equipment. I bought an air conditioner on-line a few days ago - when I came to pick it up, the had no record of it. Had I been another 1/2 hour, the 2 that were still available would have been snatched up. It's hit or miss with store and clerks' product knowledge, so be careful if you don't know... Perhaps open Google and find out the information you need before asking about a range of products.
At first the staff seemed competent but after having spent over 4 hours and nearly 10K on a set of 5 major home appliances I realized that there were several mistakes on the bill / installation instructions and schedule was a mess and the management themselves seemed the most confused out of everyone... In the end I have to go back and fix these issues in person by fear that it will remain an ongoing mess, very disappointed overall
Adam is one of the best salesman I’ve ever met. He is professional, honest and humble.
Picked up a new phone today. Staff needs a little more training overall on basic policies and guidelines, nothing serious: but overall got what I needed.
Unlike Best Buy in Montréal saint Catherine that has many staff who chat together and never provide any customer service or answer clients questions this Best Buy had awesome customer service and supportnVery polite staff, super helpful.
