Avoid at all cost! If I could give this store 0 stars I would. It's the third time I go there to buy something and I end up coming back home 40 minutes drive with a broken piece of hardware. This time it was a card reader with broken pins inside. Seriously, how can you be this bad at your job? Does the time of your clients mean nothing to you? The box was literally open. The product was sold as new while it was literally broken and open box. I guess it's on me for trusting such a bad brand. Keep the $40 I spent on this terrible experience. You lost a cliente forever.
Picked up a new phone today. Staff needs a little more training overall on basic policies and guidelines, nothing serious: but overall got what I needed.
Customers service not good, you will need to do your homework before heading there, waiting for staff you might end up disappointed, or they just want to offer they promotion deal like want you to buy the protection or products...If you said no, the stuff smile just gone in a sec. Bestbuy is actually good when it comes electronic stuff, they now have lots of selection of fridge and AC, tv, new gadget, computer and of course phones and accessories, but really, sometimes customers just want to enjoy the time of shopping in the store, is nice to offer your help and expertise but really step back a bit, let everyone find whatever they like.
_DO_ your homework before coming here! Saint Jerôme The shelfs were stuffed with expensive stuff while the cheaper products were hid away I was looking for a wireless router. I went there because their site said that they have 2 models I was interested in, while my local store did not now I know why. Shore enough, I couldn't find any of them. For one there was a label on the shelf, but the second was non existent. Actually, they did not displayed any products whatsoever from the other cheaper manufacturer. They found the router after I hinted them that I have no problem buying it on line from within their shop... Otherwise, your regular Beat Buy. I guess I'll be shopping there again, after finding the deals on line
Great store with key items on display. Waiting for the service counter for over 15 minutes. Staff are all over the place. No English on any displays. One star reduction for each - from what would otherwise be an excellent store.
Went in to purchase a memory card, but there were none in stock. Was taken to the customer service counter to order one at the sale price. Arrived in a few days. Staff was helpful and quick to do the order.
Latest electronics, great range of products. Large store to accommodate all that there is to offer. Friendly & helpful personnel. Good sales when they have, not to be missed!
Good price on a few things but always out of stock on a lot of sale items. Poor customer service. Don't look for help, If you need it youll half to ask.
plain terrible... they never have the stock you want, tried pre ordering a game and they said I coudnt preorder the game, but they will have on release, went to buy the game, they never received the game... this happen multiple times
If you are looking for computer parts go away, you wont find them here. A good place to buy gadget but not for computer component. Very small as it was previously a futureshop.
