I’ve always loved Bertucci’s. I woke up today Christmas Eve craving their warm bread & oil. They did not disappoint! There was only one waitress on and she was awesome. The wait for our food wasn’t bad at all. Hubby’s vegetable calzone was delicious and my meatball ricotta pizza was yummy as well. I really hope Bertucci’s sticks around Plymouth!
My husband and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bertucci's and we had a very pleasant experience. The food was good, but what really made the evening nice, besides the company, was the exceptional service provided by Jake. He went above and beyond to make sure that our dining experience was enjoyable and pleasant. His kindness and attention to detail were appreciated and we left the restaurant feeling satisfied. We would recommend Bertucci's in Plymouth to anyone looking for good food and exceptional service. Thanks, Jake, for making our evening so pleasant.
My experience at Bertucci’s-Plymouth was exceptional! Adam and Amanda were beyond helpful! They assisted with getting the food prepared and out quickly. It helped that everything we ordered was delicious! With staff willing to help, and food that everyone loves, we will absolutely be back soon!
I ordered their mac and cheese. All I have to say is disgusting. I should have sent it back when it came to the table with pockets of bubbling oil. The waitress was fantastic. Realizing I did not like my meal. She took it off my bill. My fiance got the gluten-free pizza and the crust was nowhere is near properly cooked
I first ate here back in august, and it was such a phenomenal time I’ve been thinking about it ever since. Our waitress Alyssa was great - she made the whole experience so much better. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Jake is the best bartender waiter we have experienced in a long time. Friendly not phony and very attentive. The rolls were hot . Food and drink just great. Perfect choice!
Ate at Bertucci's with my pain in the butt husband today. There was no more tiramisu so we settled for a double chocolate torte. Their sauce aka gravy was most definitely fresh and made from scratch. Everything was good! They don't have a big menu but it's worth going to.
Arrived for dinner on a Sept 24th. Thrilled they weren't busy because every other restaurant was. Now I know why... Waited to be seated for longer than expected. I gave the couple behind us menus since we were all waiting...and waiting. Finally seated. The couple behind us were seated a few minutes later. Yet, they were given bread, had their drinks served before we even knew who our server was. We asked a waiter if we could get some service. He graciously agreed we would then went over to the other couple and took their order. I've worked in the food industry and this was beyond embarrassing for the profession. We left and had a great experience at Ocho Cafe. Night and Day experience. If the owner is reading this, don't reply with your sympathetic response asking us to try again. This wasn't the first time this type of horrible service was experienced. Done!
Honestly was disappointed. First when I couldn’t decide what to drink, I told the waiter to give me a moment and instead of taking my family’s orders for drinks, he walked away. After I did know what to get to drink, he didn’t check if the mug that he handed me for my tea was clean or not and so I had to get a water. Next when he served us the bread, his thumbs touched the bread. Next was that he kept passing our table before taking our order. After he did take our order, it took almost an hour for our food to be made. After we got the food, the same thing again was that he held the plates in a manner in which a waiter should not. The good didn’t taste all that good. The dish I got almost had no flavor, my father ordered a salad with grilled shrimp and the shrimp was cold. The mac and cheese dish that someone else in the family ordered had no flavor at all. Nor were there any bread crumbs. Last of all the dishes/silverware were dirt and not properly cleaned at all. If I could, I’d give this restaurant no stars.
We ordered pizza for takeout on the 30th. My husband was on hold for a little bit which is expected when ordering pick up over the phone. The front end supervisor? Or manager? I believe his name is Frank answered the phone and was so apologetic about making us wait on hold. Offered free bread with oil, which was so incredibly nice and not We expected. The pizza was one of the best pizzas I have ever had the Verde and order my children half pepperoni half cheese pizza. My kids ate the WHOLE pizza and loved it!. It was our first time ordering from them as a family and we will 100% be going back again. Great job Bertuccis!
