Great local spot for coffee. I had a one shot Americano with half decaf and half caffeine in a tall glass and the barista didn't bat an eye. I love coffee, but really shouldn't be drinking it....so it's nice when I can be picky and not get any eye rolls.

Healthy and tasty food. We often eat lunch here especially in the winter. There are tables on the Southside and the sunlight feels very nice. Their soups are excellent.

The food at the cafe' is really good. Try the Gobbler Wrap or the Chicken Salad. They are both great. The three stars is because the service is very, very, slow.

The organic foods store Mount Shasta deserves. Beats Mountain Song by leaps and bounds. Friendly staff, amazing selection of foods for such a tiny store, very responsive to requests. Has a deli, sandwich bar, espresso bar, and juice bar as well.
