Racial discrimination called multiple time no return call first time called and left voicemail for traffic court got a call back asap now I can and no answer left different voicemail different times and days and no response also can’t get ahold of a actual person
Wonderful and dedicated staff! However, if you are dealing with the Juvenile Court for your teen, be careful if you are assigned the probation officer J. Mochler. In my honest opinion, she leans towards believing whatever the teens tell her, regardless. This can cause irreparable hurt for the parent's or guardian's.
Probate staff on 4th floor is ridiculous. They have no idea.what they are talking about. They give me paperwork to out then 3 weeks later a different person from the same department tells me I don't have the updated paperwork. Have to redo everything! Then the guy from same department, Ron, tells me my son has to be living on his own to be emancipated. Hey Ron, it's against the law for a minor to live on their own BEFORE they are emancipated!!
Whenever I come in here the people are always nice and helpful. That's always a good thing but the last time I scheduled a hearing here they wrote it down wrong. So I suggest you always call at least a week ahead of time to make sure they have the same date in their books as you have on your paperwork. It makes for a lot less hassle in the end
My probation officer Lori acthberg was not giving up on me. She's has compassion and she only wants people to do good. I provided everything to show her I wasn't just trying to get over everything.
Horrible place full of corruption. Aimed entirely at drawing revenue from tax paying citizens. There will be no real justice served within these walls. Once your name is in the books you will be subjugated regardless of your crime or is severity. Avoid any interactions here if possible. This system will only negatively impact your life and has no desire to help you through it's programs.
True story. I asked the guy at the front if he knew he was breaking the law. He asked me, “Who’s going to arrest me?” I said good question. Bunch of oath breaking pieces of human garbage. Especially the criminal Judge Wiley. This place is about as corrupt as any place could possibly be. Update: 3 years later. Nothing has changed
It's a hit or miss here, either you go on a day and everyone is relatively helpful and kind, or the days where you get stuck with every unhelpful prude that works there. The security at the door checking are normally the nicest ones. But all and all, you get sent to 100 different places, gotta call 100 more, just to get told they can't help you, or that rare chance that they do. Could be better, could be worse.
Lost 4 days with of wages just for them to tell my court was canceled. Even after calling several times to verify that it wasn't. Really upset.
I called the courthouse in regards to a few questions that I had regarding a letter that I received. I am baffled that the person on the other end of the phone doesn’t even say hello or hi how are you doing, how may I help you….. But anyways I told the lady the reason why I was calling and the lady was very rude and extremely unprofessional for no reason at all. I’m from out of town so I just received a letter that I needed to come in regarding giving testimony on a court case. They just sent me the letter today and had a date of testimony for the following week. I fax the courthouse that I will need to call in for my testimony do to the fact that I live out of state. The lady said well in order for phone testimony you need to give the court at least a two weeks notice. Told the lady that its not even possible to do that since you all just sent me a letter and setup the court date for the following week. She said I know it’s the system.
