Bento Teriyaki

My first time visit here. Impressive. They were quick, very service oriented, and quite personal. I realize we are in a pandemic, but if you are "standoffish", that is a major pet peeve of mine. And I won't be back no natter how good your food is. But this establishment, I will be back

Awesome, Amazing. I just keep it simple get #1 Chicken Teriyake. Huge portion of delicious chicken and white rice and a lettuce salad. Made when u order; did I mention how BiG the portion is? SIX STARS!!!

Wonderful customer service and tasty food. Very affordable too. Loved my experience here, I will definitely be coming back for more meals!

Over all, I wasn't impressed the the menu selection of sushi. The food quality was mostly good, aside from the crab rangoon. It came out quite quickly, like 10-15 minutes for the whole order. And it felt like the portions were sort of small for the price. We got the Mongolian beef, crab rangoon, California roll, and strawberry boba. I really liked the Mongolian beef, even if it was too spicy for me to eat much of, but my partner was not impressed. The crab rangoon left a lot to be desired. The filling was, a paste like feeling, not much flavor or fat, and there wasn't enough. The wrapper was over done, it felt hard. The california roll was nice. The strawberry boba came out in a slush seems to be the default for them But it was very nice, I liked the flavor and the tapioca seemed high quality. Parking: good parking especially for seattle

I checked the reviews & decided to give them a try. It was good, large portions, value of price...competitive. friendly enough The cons....shrimp tails were still on after being cooked into my main dish.

I ordered the salmon teriyaki and asked for steamed vegetables for my side. I expected broccoli and cauliflower. I got hot lettuce. Who steams bagged salad mix?

We have been to this place more than 20 times and have always had a stamp card. We brought in our card with paying for 1 meal with intentions of getting our free chicken teriyaki. She took our stamp card and didn’t give us our meal for free she only took 5 off and said because food costs went up we cannot do. We said so your not going to honor your original promotion!? She said no food cost went up. As a business owner I would never ever do that! You honor the coupon and say here is our new coupon with 5$ off. We will never go back there again!!!

Food was good quality, but wasn't a fan of the experience. Ordered by phone for their lunch special using a menu someone uploaded and was told the menu was old and the prices were higher. Fair enough, so I changed my order to something cheaper. Got to the store and the lady was delighted to tell me they gave me my original order and just gave me the larger size, but the cost was more than what I changed my order to. Not wanting to argue about it I paid for everything, but not a good experience when "customer service" costs me more than I agreed to.
