Bento Bento

Tried the all you can eat which included Appetizers, Rice bowls, Noodle bowls, Sushi rolls, Nigiri, Sashimi etc. Our waitress was very friendly even though she was the only one working. The food came out really really slow. We went with an empty stomach and waiting almost an hour for food doesn't make anyone happy. There were only 4 other tables in the restaurant and 3 tables had already gotten their food. The menu is very confusing. There were limits on how much food you can order at 1 time and you are limited to submitting 3 orders. The sushi rolls all had fancy names but we didn't know what was inside them. When we finally got the food they had great presentation but I found the taste to be lacking. All the items we ordered I can't really say anything was "good". The miso soup was super salty, the udon had a burnt taste from the frying pan, the Korean Ramyun was basically Shin ramen and the sashimi was still frozen. Maybe I had high expectations since I really enjoy eating at Bomb but they really need to tweak alot of things before they can convince me in trying them out again.

The food was really unique and delicious, we had such a good time and would absolutely go back and recommend this spot to anyone. They serve big portions and for convenient pricing. very nice staff members. Keep up the good work. I promise best Asia food in Regina

The food is amazing and phenomenal for their price, however customer service is utterly disrespectful and rude with customers, I asked for napkins and extra soy sauce, the worker told me that she already put them in the bag in a very rude manner. When I checked the bag, there were no napkins and only 4 soy sauce for 80 piece sushi. When ordering the food, I asked for additional options for more money, but they rudely ignored me and just acted like they didn’t hear me. They also lied to me saying only one person works at the restaurant so that the food will be ready in an hour and half where as I showed up and saw 3 or 4 people working and just talking. I love the food and would bring customers to the business if and when the workers are trained to have better customer service.

I was super excited to try this place as they have some unique rolls. I used their online ordering site and was given an approximate wait-time of 1 hour. After 1.5 hours with no food in site and no call from them, my boyfriend called to check on the order. He was hung up on. Twice. I then tried and was told that they have no access to the online orders and were waiting for their boss to come in but didn't know when that would be. I'm left with no food and apparently no way to get a refund on a $70+ order.

I felt that customer service was lacking. Waiting 5 minutes for someone to seat me because they were to busy chatting with the cooks was not a good start. Long wait times despite me being the only one there. The food however, I felt that even though the rice was not seasoned properly for a sushi place....they took great care in the cutting of the fish, and putting the sushi together. The rice was tightly firmed for the nigiri, and the rolls were out together quite well.

Service is good. However food was quite terrible. Sashimi was ice cold and had frozen crystal. The squid was overcooked and donkatsu was bland. We tried everything from the sushi rolls to even the ramen noodles. Sushi rice had too much water and ramen noodles+soup were the same as buying ones for 99 cents. The bubble tea was ok, not too sweet. But boba pearls was rock hard and they didnt soak long enough. The tempura was the only item on the menu that we didnt struggle to eat. 23/person was definitely not worth it.

Fantastic experience at Bento Bento. We tried the new all you can eat and was instantly blown away. The food is at higher quality compared to I like sushi and on par with Misoya, but this one score 10 points for presentation. They actually put efforts on every single dish considering it's an all you can eat. The food came out super fast and bombing hot. There are lots of options for the sashimi and they were all fresh and super delicious. I just wish the grilled meats/ teriyaki did not come with rice as they made me full very fast. The Nigiri sushi came with a big slice of meat/ seafood. Last but not least, the waitress is super friendly with the smile on her face the entire time. We would come back here just to see her happy face:

Best all you can eat in town! Very delicious! The mango shaved ice is probably the best I've ever had! The staff goes beyond making you feel comfortable.

I don’t usually makes reviews about food but this was by far the longest we have to wait for our food. We ordered takoyaki and curry donkatu ramen the server told us that it would take time about 15mins which I agreed but the food didn’t arrive not until almost an hour later. The food was great but the waiting time is awfully long.

Delicious food and amazing service, I've never been disappointed when ordering pickup or eating in. They're always very careful about any food restrictions we tell them. Very impressed!
