Thank you for taking care of my mother Nancy Joan Hyde Shisler and our family and everyone taking part in her ceremony online. Darren was sharp from the start and handed over to his Director Cassandra who was exceptional, proactive, attentive to details, supportive and extraordinarily helpful throughout. Plus she took such good care of mom. Thank you for your kind and professional service and for making mom's ceremony a celebration of life to share.

Darren and his entire staff were so polite, professional and of course respectful in arranging our fathers funeral. From our initial consultation until burial. They went above and beyond to accomadate my entire family during our most difficult time. Thanks to all of you! O'Brien family.

I spent 20 years looking after my father. I sent the funeral home an email 2 times. Also I no longer have my Cell Phone Number, as no one to call anymore. I don't drive anymore as I am Blind. They did not bother to say Oh.! Can someone pick you up to bring you to the church. Also never heard from St. Paul's Church to say sorry. No one to comfort me at this time. This is the thanks I get for 20 years. Feel so betrayed. My fathers friends are going to wonder why his son is not at his funeral. The funeral home in my opinion did not care about me or what I have to deal with. They have my email and no one cares about me. Thanks for everyone who can't care less about me. Have a great day. Very poorly organized service for close family member. The prosession was taken down the QEW to get to Stevensville. What a joke!
