Had some idea of our colour scheme going into the store but met Michelle here who really helped to educate us on what was possible and suggested colours and ideas we hadn't contemplated at first. Everything turned out beautifully and the quality of the paint and colour combinations are one of the first things our guests comment on when they visit. On repeated visits to see her she showed that she cared about our project and a keen interest in how things turned out relatively to our location, furniture, the seasons, etc. Michelle and the folks here have a strong understanding of colour and of their products and they made us feel we could really trust their recommendations.
I had a great experience at Benjamin Paint Store on Broadway in Vancouver! The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to answer all my questions about the various types of paint and supplies they had. The store had a great selection of different paints and finishes, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The prices were also very reasonable, and I was able to get the supplies I needed at a great price. Overall, I had a great experience at Benjamin Paint Store and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for paint supplies in Vancouver.
Buying a normann sofa through BM was so easy: it arrived within their estimated timeline, was delivered and assembled on time, and it’s beautiful!! Thanks to everyone who made this easy and especially Cherry, who kept answering my questions.
Benjamin Moore has chalkboard paint that custom to the color I want! I stead of the boring black chalkboard, I'm going to have a beautiful unique color chalkboard at our wedding reception! I called before coming to the shop, the lady was very helpful over the phone with choices and prices. She sounds very friendly. As I arrived to the shop on a Saturday afternoon, it was busy, 4 staffs with about 6-8 set of customers, but staffs are very attentive, would come to me even when they have customers who are thinking. Staffs are very helpful when I have questions about using paint the first time, short and sweet tips. Staffs also make sure I have tools to use the paints, can openers and stirring sticks, but not pushy about other products, My 2 custom paints were made within 15 minutes, very efficient! I would definitely come back for paint in the future!

For over 20 years I had kept buying cheap paints from well known hardware stores, so I had never tried quality paint before. A friend of mine convinced me to visit a Benjamin Moore. At first, I was shocked by the price 85$ for a gallon, seriously! and wanted to get out. I finally bought one gallon to try it. I must say I was stunned by how smooth and perfect that paint is. I've never seen something like that. It smells good really, fixes wall defects, dries fast and leaves no stain, crack,. line... Aura paint is thick and doesn't get swallowed by drywall. I ran straight back to the store and bought 4 more gallons. It's incredible because I succeeded to paint a 2 bedroom condo entirely including 2 bathrooms as well with only 5 gallons total The very helpful sales people at that location told me it's a durable paint. You bet. Looks like I won't have to paint again for 20 years. I'm afraid my review may sound more as an advertisement for the Aura brand than a a positive review about that store. But it's both! Thanks!

Went in to pick up some paint to touch up my walls and the woman working the front desk couldn't have been less helpful. Super unfriendly, almost rude. Went to another paint store and they were fantastic.
We had a stellar experience of colour consultation session with Michelle Romero Bugarin. Michelle visited our place, listedned to our ideas and preferences and brought them to the next level - helped pick the classy hues of the colour tones that we envisioned, and brought the differenet colours of all the rooms into one elegant theme for the condo. Michelle gave some amazing interior design tips along the way, and we came out of the session with such an upgraded image of what we want the condo to look like. We found this service of colour consultation extremely helpful.
High level of knowledge experts with a strong customer focus to exceed customer expectations. They are updated on brand lines changes and are reliable record keepers of your previous paint purchases from years ago. Jamie, your 10 years experience with the store your decorating centre your employees are all the best. I wish my renovation “company” did not use their inattentive painter and I had used 1 of your high level expert painter recommendations instead. I just found out the contractor who did my painting should have checked with me re: paint sheen. I learned more from your store in a few minutes than the time spent with incompetent renovator,contractor. Thank you so much for helping me correct the sloppy workmanship Imhave been left with. You have the widest range of paints accessories and knowledge.BM is high quality products that I was first recommended to use from K Interiors a talented interior designer with her store that closed due to their move outside of BC. I appreciate Benjamin Moore paint is odourless unlike some other brands more durable & easier to spread. There are many benefits to your store and high quality products. Thank You!
