I recommend Klondike for both residential and commercial. They showed strong leadership resolving situations between design, suppliers and trades. Their team responded quickly to the smallest issue and was very respectful of all the residents in our building.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They don’t pay their trades leaving us out 500,000$. If they’re doing that to sub trades, think about what they will do with your money. They are in tremendous debt. Beware of this company. Also accountant is rude.
I found the Klondike design built team very easy to work with, I enjoy being a a sub trade for over 15 years working with their in house design team, we did some amazing projects together and clients always happy with the final products.
