Have been a client of Benchmark Mortgages for 5 years now. Very happy with their services. We just recently renewed our mortgage which involved switching lenders and they made it very smooth. Any issues or concerns that came up were swiftly dealt with by the team. The admin ladies in the office are extremely helpful and were always available to contact directly and discuss any questions with.
I'm not sure where to begin as the quality and expert service from Benchmark Mortgages was evident from the first phone call with Ron. Then the rest of the team kicked in making the process simple, supportive and successful. We've never used a mortgage broker before, only the bank system which in this case didn't have the means to work outside the box and their rigid protocols with net worth/retired customers. Benchmark and our realtor worked as a team and their digital customer portal and staff supported us the entire way! We highly recommend Benchmark!!
