Honestly, I love the place. I enjoy the food and highly recommend that. I do not however, recommend the staff. I've heard them bad mouth customers within earshot of them on multiple occasions. Wish I could recommend higher, hopefully you're staff will be a little nicer and prove me wrong next time I visit

We always choose this location for snacks when shopping at Lighthouse Place Premium Outlets. They make very good Soft Pretzels here.

This place is great! Really good service and great pretzels - highly recommend it. The staff is super nice and helpful.

Really disappointed! Its the first bens pretzles I've gone to where I order a cinnamon/sugar pretzel and they failed to mention I have to dust it myself at a counter. Just wasn't the same since none of the sugar stuck to the dough and I basically had a plain tasteless pretzel without any brushed butter on it

I was in Ben's on SaturdayBlack Friday weekend, prezetel was hot and delicious! Staff was friendly yet proficient even though they were extremely busy! Cashier was friendly and very professional. I highly recommend this place!
