Bellingham Cider Company is a local craft cider producer. Combining the art of cider making with a Pacific Northwest-inspired restaurant and bar overlooking the rapidly growing Waterfront District of downtown Bellingham.

Story

A unique craft beverage company is being created in Bellingham!

We are locals introducing craft cider with an industry twist: small batches dedicated to distribution in our community with organic options and served in a welcoming public house overlooking Bellingham Bay. We bring innovative flavors, a pure product free of additives, and an outdoor patio with a view. We're working long hours so you can come join us soon.

We had a great meal. They offered us to sit inside or out but with the forecast we chose inside. The mean was amazing we ordered a free things and shared it all family style with our friends. The pork belly and carrot appetizers were hands down amazing.. as well as the chicken and waffles were perfect
Amazing spot in town to grab a cider, beer, cocktail, and/or a bite. The patio is amazing, ample seating with a water view. We ordered a flight of ciders blueberry, cucumber, Pineapple, Piña Colada, blackberry, cherry, grilled carrots with chimichurri with beats, and then the pulled pork pizza. Everything was delicious. Our favorite cider of the flight was the Pineapple, a must try. No wait for patio seating at 5:30 pm on a Saturday.
We loved our experience here! Excellent service and staff was knowledgeable of their menu and drinks. Every effort was made to accommodate us and service was quick. The ciders are exactly where they should be in terms of quality and taste. They're not too dry and definitely not too sweet. The variety available caters to even those who don't normally reach for a cider. The food was excellent and you can tell it's prepared fresh. I ordered the chicken & waffles. Thankfully I came hungry, because the potions were large. I recommend staying with a taster of all the ciders!
I tried their chicken and waffles and OH MY GOSH!! So good! The chicken was perfectly cooked and the sage butter really pushed the dish over the top. I ate the whole thing since it was so good fresh. It took a couple hours for me to recover so go when you're just planning on relaxing anyway after?
Outside is deceiving. Just looks like a big red warehouse on the outside. I wasn't even sure how to get in. Look for the double teal doors. Once inside it's kinda classy. A big wood bar that includes alcohol and beer if you don't like ciders but their ciders are exceptional. Really great view when sitting outside and awesome food. I've had the pizza once before and had the avocado toast the last time I went along with a cider sampler. Reasonable pricing for the ambience day or night. Friendly and fast service.
Y’all. This gem did my gluten free heart some good. Check out this cider co! Sit on the patio to soak in the beautiful view and enjoy the food and beverage in the heart of downtown Bellingham. Our service was top notch and the food was some of the best we’ve had during our trip. My husband and I split the fries and a flight with SEVEN tasters for a very reasonable amount of money. My husband also had the pork belly tacos which he is still salivating over and the pulled pork sandwich. My fav cider of the afternoon was the blueberry lemonade- a delightful treat on a hot day! I finished our meal with the caramel apple dessert. What a great, especially for those with GF dietary restrictions! This was a lovely day!
Masks required during pandemic. This is an upbeat, wood and warm toned cider pub. Ambiance from windows bringing in natural light and overlooking town. Gastropub dishes pair well with the selection of ciders. Even had a warm cider option with the brunch menu. We all enjoyed or dishes. Recommend visiting if you are in Bellingham.
Always have fun at cider company. The food is decent, the service is okay, atmosphere is pretty loud especially during rush hours. But honestly I just like it here. Sometimes the servers ignore you and the food is just ok, but for some reason I always have a great time. Definitely one to check out for yourself and see if you like it! Their menu can be pretty fun, definitely some big misses on there. But they have a great bar and the vibes are always good. Give it a try!
Excellent cider, excellent food. Options for vegans are somewhat limited- one entree, one salad and a couple of side dishes roasted carrots or shiseido peppers. The entree vegan burger is quite tasty and the bun is incredible. The atmosphere varies wildly depending on time of day and indoor or seasonal outdoor seating. If you can, visit late summer or early autumn on a weekday they're open for a mellow experience and excellent sunset. Vegetarian options: Only one plant-based entre - the vegan burger - but it's pretty good.
