Horrible Experience, (-1) stars.  I purchased a 2010 Matrix from dealership (Peter Fisk) I left $2,000 deposit, purchased insurance and provided dealer with all necessary documentation. Two days before delivery salesman leaves message "Sorry previous interested buyer returned and we sold the car to them."  Below is confirmation from dealer of receipt of deposit and acceptance of contract. (Looks very close to breech of contract.)
Balance due:  $10495+omvic fee($10)+tax($1365.65)-$2000(deposit M/C)=$9902.65(bank draft or money order made out to Belleville Toyota ,please).Hope this is the information that you require. Regards ,Peter.
