The food isn't bad, however the service you receive varies from day to day. I've been there several times and each time is a different experience. One time, I had wonderful service. The employee was pleasant and friendly. Another time I've been, to echo another review on here, it seemed as if I was bothering them by ordering food. One of my coworkers went into the store one time to order food and the employee told him she was busy. The food isn't bad for the price; however, I have not returned because of the service. I hope it improves.

Horrible customer service they made a mistake on my order and refused to fix it...I will never go back...wish I could rate it 0 Stars

Food is always good. Service however could be better. The older lady is not the friendliest, it's hit and miss with her. A bigger location would do well in Austin town.
