Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

I would give zero stars if I could. It took almost 30 minutes to get four fish sandwiches. It took an additional five minutes to get extra tarter sauce. Both patrons in front of me got milk shakes that were very thin and the manager said ... "Sorry but that's as cold as our machine gets" and she did not offer anything else. I really like Arby's food but this kind of service is consistent with most of my visits with other Arby's stores over the last few years. The food is good but the service is abysmal. This is the primary reason that I visit Arby's very very rarely. I hope it gets better so I can retract this review after I go back in a few months.

Best employees at this Arby's. I used to work at the K-mart across the street, had a late shift one night and had to wait on my girlfriend who got off her job 30 minutes after me. I ordered a sandwich and they let me stay 30 minutes after they locked the doors saying, "We have to clean-up anyways, as long as you don't mind." Not to mention their brisket is A-1, from the meat to the meattenders this place is it.

Wouldn't give even 1 star but had to give something. Went here tonight got a corned beef Reuben...it had FOUR THICK slices of beef on it ! I hate thick cut meat...especially at bus because it can't be chewed unless its shaved ! Idiots ! NO CONSISTENCY AT THIS LOCATION EVER ! When Kat worked or works there the food don't leave the window unless its PERFECT ! Haven't seen her there in a while. Its either hit or miss with the food at this location ALWAYS ! Check my pic of the Reuben....I'm not exaggerating.
