The pharmacists were disregarding, rude & arrogant. Save your time, as they don’t communicate with you, instead you are waiting and told to “go sit down, we will call you when your prescription is ready”. Do not recommend Lakeshore Guardian pharmacy. Take your business elsewhere.
I live near this Pharmacy but have never considered it with a prescription from a different Dr. Only if I am at the walk in clinic. I went to a bigger pharmacy on Manning and asked to wait for the prescription they told me it would be an hour to two hours. I couldn't do that with a child not feeling well in my care. I went on my way heading into Belle River. I drove by and thought I may as well ask if they carried the drugs and how long it would take. It took less then 5 mins and I was on my way back home. Thank goodness for them. They were kind and efficient.
As a pharmacy, they prepare the medication on time. Only issue is the owner older male pharmacist is extremely unpleasant and rude to deal with. All other staff members are excellent & helpful but the owner talks rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. He acts like he has no time for you and talks down on you. Use Shopper's or other local pharmacies. When more pleasant and much more professional pharmacies around, why would you spend money on arrogant and unprofessional place? Help those who cares about you.
Love this pharmacy! All the staff are extremely helpful and kind. Quick filling scripts. Better than the bigger impersonal stores.
The staff was friendly and very helpful, taking extra time to make sure I understood my prescription well.
Bar none the best service I have received at a pharmacy! The pharmacist took her time and explained everything I needed to know in detail. Highly recommend this pharmacy!
Worst customer service. They are always rude and seem to have better things to do than deal with customers. Treat you as an annoyance.
