Our family had the worst experience with Belle Flora. We purchased a funeral floral spray for our mom's service and within 24 hours the roses were brown and never opened up. We took the spray back to the florist and their customer service was non existent. They just made up one excuse after another for the poor quality....and then indicated they could not be held accountable for their supplier. I guess they do not understand that once their product leaves their business, it IS THEIR PRODUCT!
It was a sad interaction with a business that provided our family with poor service and a poor quality floral arrangement.
DO NOT use this business for any services/products-you will regret it.

Took customer service to a new level. My son and daughter-in-law had their first baby born at St. Joseph at 4:45. We live in California, they in Bellingham so we weren't able to be there for the delivery . Belle Flora closes at 5:00. I spoke with Melissa at 4:55 as soon as I heard the baby was born not believing there was any possible for us to have flowers sent to the hospital that day. Melissa personally delivered the flowers to the hospital on her way home from work. My daughter-in-law had the flowers at 5:15. We are very grateful to Melissa and the folks at Belle Flora who made this happen. Thank you so very very much.

I had an excellent experience. Called early AM to make last sec changes and they were more than happy to help, they also made the delivery before noon like I had asked. And yes, she loved the succulent tray with a rose...

The people are so sweet! Got an AMAZING price for my bridal bouquet, and no hidden consultation fees. I don't have my flowers yet, but they are fantastic to work with!

I order online and paid them for flowers and delivery. You would think that is a legal binding contract? Well, unfortunately they did not delivery flowers because they wanted to charge extra for delivery. I cancelled my order due to the fact it was hours later that they contacted me. The whole idea was to order online so I wouldn't have to deal with all this. And "yes:" I would have paid the extra. Poor online services and customer services. I wish I could give them a "no star".
