Authentic Korean hair salon located at Yonge and Cummer. We specialize in all k-pop style.



"BellaJin began as a small dream of an ambitious korean lady Soon Bok Kim. The name ‘BellaJin’ come from her chosen English name ‘Bella’, and ‘Jin’, a korean letter representing ‘authentic’. The salon has evolved throughout the years, but her giving heart has been same throughout. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, you’re looking for Bella."

I was nervous looking for a new salon to get my perm/magic straight done. I am super happy with my services at Bella Jin and will come back for future setting perm touch ups. The online booking system was convenient and easy to use. Audrey did a wonderful job on my setting magic perm. I showed her a photo of the type of soft wave I wanted and was super happy with the results! She did a great job handling my naturally curly regrowth and dry hair that was already magic permed last year. I was not nervous about her cutting my hair or chopping too much off, she made sure it was the length I wanted.Services: Hairstyling
Super friendly staff and the owner was very accommodating. I had my very first lash extensions and I super loved them. The procedure was not painful and Holly got what I wanted for my eyes, she also has soft hands and felt sleepy during the procedure because of the cozy room. Will definitely come back to get my hair done hair color/highlights/perm. I told the owner what I wanted for my hair and I was convinced that she can make it happen. Bella is so amazing! Her skill is excellent! Just showed her for one of the actress picture then she can make my hair same as the actress! My sister’s designer is Audrey. Her skill is very good too! I will come back next time!

Did digital perm with Bella today after doing some research and I'm happy with my final look. Hair is soft and so much more volume. She did root touch up for me as well. Thank you so much, will be back for next perm.

Before coming here, I made sure to read the reviews as I was searching for a salon that would be comfortable working with thick and dark Asian hair for a layered cut and balayage. I knew it would take skills, experience and time to pull this off and I thought Bella’s would be the idyllic place since they seemed have so much experience. Boy, was I wrong. I showed Holly a photo of the cut I wanted and the colour rose gold balayage and she started cutting my hair right away, and in chunks. I’ve grown out my hair for almost 5 months and thought she’s partition it better before cutting chunks off. The layers are SO thick and looks chunky and not subtle at all what I wanted. Then the colour…after a highlight bleach and a dye, my hair colour was copper/bronze-orange! I looked like carrot top, with highlights. I showed Holly the photo of what I asked for again and told her this is not what I asked for. She conferred with the owner and they both came back in agreement with my complaint and suggested to add more red. That moment I knew they don’t have their colour theory buttoned up. Adding more red wouldn’t help. The colour is too warm and they hasn’t left the bleach on long enough to strip the colour off my uncoloured hair. At that point I asked if they’re not confident they can achieve the look I asked for then they need to pull the warmth back and add some purple to make my hair more ashy. After 6 hours I got the haircut and colour I didn’t want. Photo 1 is what I wanted, photo 2 is AFTER they tried to fix it. I ended up paying $385 for the cut & colour, it feels like being punched and kicked paying it TL;DR - if you’re looking to get a balayage, don’t do it Other irksome things experienced in my 6 hour journey - their schedule is massively behind some girl waited for 1.5 hours for a cut - I got hair dye splashed on my pants and shoes, not to mention in my ear and all over my face…service isn’t great - if you don’t speak Korean, anticipate a language barrier
I am superrrr happy with my results! Bella Jin Hair Salon has exceeded my expectations and went overboard with my haircut and digital perm! After my haircut, I knew only good things were to come because I loved the layering she did. I only showed her a couple pictures and didn’t have to say much, she just understood and did exactly what I asked for, which normally from what I remember at salons before was rare, since I am very picky. I haven’t gone to a proper salon in around 10 years since my dad used to cut my hair, so inevitably, I was nervous as this was the first time coming to Bella. I’m so proud of decision for choosing this salon because they were really nice, kind, and hard-working ladies who welcomed me the moment I stepped in their shop and transformed my dead hair… I even stayed 30 minutes past their closing time and I never heard one complaint at all! They were very patient and seemed happy to do it the whole time. The environment was very welcoming as the people there are very sweet. I couldn’t stop smiling after I saw the reveal of the perm, it felt like a movie! So glad my friend referred me to this salon, my results are amazing and more than I could ask for.
