I was so disappointed. I have ordered from Bella Fiore before and was very happy. This time I ordered a sympathy arrangement on a Monday and it wasn't delivered until Thursday. I left multiple messages and emailed them with no response and no explanation when it was finally delivered. Will not use again.

Both Donnie and Roy are great people to work with. I ordered yesterday for a home delivery, and when i found out my girlfriend was working today, a simple phone call and they delivered right to her work. 
They have beautiful arrangements and assortments of flowers, and their website was incredibly easy to use and order.
Would highly recommend for any occasion, and I won't buy flowers anywhere else!

I tried FTD floral at first, and when I was consistently informed on the website that the arrangements I was choosing were not deliverable to the area I wanted, I decided to look elsewhere. I came across Bella Fiore Floral & Gift shop on my web search and decided to give them a try. Their selections were very good, prices were fair and the transaction went smoothly. Best of all, there weren't a bunch of extra fees attached, the way other companies work. I only wish I could be there in person to see how much the flowers were enjoyed.

I've used this flower shop before, but the last time was disappointing. I ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day. I ordered it online from another state. The arrangement that I choose online and what my mom received was not the same. The flowers were wilted, and overall looked like a 10 years old put it together. It looked like a $10 flower arrangement. I paid a lot more than that. I tried emailing them and I didn't even receive a message back. This tells me that they don't care about customers. I will never use them again.

Order was made mid-day 1 for delivery that day.  On my return confirmation receipt date of delivery was changed to day 2. Flowers were not delivered until late afternoon day 2. Had I know about this involuntary switch I would not have ordered from Bella Flora Floral and Gift Shop.  The flowers and arrangement were lovely.
