Bella Fiore Floral & Gift Shop

My conversation with Donnie at Bella Fiore was like talking to someone I knew. He immediately 'got' what I wanted, made great suggestions, and was very personable. Great customer service. Can't wait for the arrangement he's going to make for my daughter is delivered this afternoon. I am certain it's going to be just as great as the service he provided me. Will definitely shop there again!

Used this website because I had read other reviews, all highly recommended this shop. Their website was easy to use and they didn't even charge for delivery in Yakima. I didn't see the arrangement in person but would certainly use them again. They promptly sent me an email confirming delivery.

This is the worst representation of a product I've ever been duped into buying. What was shown on their website and what was delivered...embarrassing not only for me, but hopefully for Bella Fiore. I sent them pictures of both, and told them how disappointed I was; no response from anyone at Bella Fiore. It looked like a fast trip through the dollar store 20 mintues before delivery. NEVER AGAIN. Bella Fiore is getting a one star only because I can't give none, and still publish this.

Nice website but if you need it delivered by a certain time you had better take it yourself. I would recommend going somewhere that can perform the service that they advertise.

The floral arrangement with chocolates that I ordered looked great and was delivered on the correct date. The delivery time was late afternoon.
