I was beside thier minivan in Oshawa and there was a passenger in the back seat. The driver was texting on his phone, not watching the light. I called the office and that moron acted like he didn't even care. How dare they put a customer's safety at risk, not to mention breaking the law. Pathetic company!!

Rude receiver. Started yelling for no reason. He just ruined my great night with my friends. I call just because of the school. The driver tonight is nice though. I am so angry now that I want to boom him up.

Fabulous Cab Company all of the drivers have a great personality and realize if your Patron and you don't feel like talking they don't bother you they will adjust radio stations and so forth to your preference I often use them for a handicapped adult for transportation and they are really quite lovely to him he has no concerns about using them for travel at all

Person who answered the phone was less then friendly. Why would I even bother with this company when there is another taxi company and Uber. These people seriously must be dumb to perpetually be rude to callers. Drivers, sorry your call center turns people away on a weekly basis due to their attitude.
