The drivers and the dispatch are very pleasant. However, they are not very reliable. I think they need more drivers during peak times to accommodate their customers better.

Telephone operator is rude and does not listen carefully to instructions. Then gets upset and doesn't assign a taxi because I told her she needs to clean her ears and follow instructions. I called back asked her if a car has been assigned she said no because I was rude which isn't relevant enough to not assign me a car. Her customer service is horrible I would not recommend this company any more I've put a lot of money into this company's pocket for them to treat me this way and not assign me a car because agent was not listening to instructions and I had to repeat myself twice which I wasn't happy about.

The taxi driver they employee is a thief. We were returning from a funeral and a passenger in the front seat paid the fare. We were talking in the back seat and did not see the transaction take place, and then paid the fare again when we exited the taxi. The driver took both payments to a total of $90.00 for a $35.00 fare, and then sped away like he was an Indy driver. I attempted to contact Chris, the owner of Ajax taxi, for a number of days, and finally received a very rude voicemail. It would appear that the criminal element of their drivers is condoned by their employer Chris. Do not use this service!
