This is the most amazing park here in Sudbury.. trails around the lake for active walkers and joggers... Sitting areas and benches as well as beaches. It has two one supervised and one not .. pretty small but enjoyable. I like to walk there almost every morning when the weather is good. There is a public washroom and a theatre and it is the home for concerts during summer. They also have surfing and canoe events and lots of water sports and activities. You will not be disappointed . Maybe it's just missing a coffee shop or kiosk for snacks or even a vending machine but you can find that at the Science north during the cafeterias working hours it's called elements and closes before the centre does pretty early. Hope you find my review useful feel free to ask any questions if I missed something. They also have a farmer's market during the summer weekends.

Beautiful large park, lots of events are held here and nothing beats an evening walk along the board walk in the summer time with a coffee, or ice cream!

The boardwalk itself is very easy to get to and you can walk at your speed...If you want to swim there is a small beach...If you want to snack there is a small snack bar..there are benches to sit on if you get tired...The views are /eautiful...You can take your dog but it must be on a leash..and you must clean up after doudou...There is a park for kids and a flower garden close by...Last time I was there it was a bit crowded but still very pleasan

A must see when in Sudbury. Elegantly maintained trails and walkways along Lake Ramsey. Very picturesque all year round. Bring your camera.
