Belknap Family Health Center

My son is a patient here and every time we are in need of something he is taken care of. The staff is always friendly, respectful and go out of there way for my son. If his PCP isn't available they check if another provider can see him or they tell us what to do. The after hours on call is a great piece of mind when needing care on the weekends. They treat you like family and I wouldn't recommend any other location for more personal, compassionate and respectful Healthcare.

I have gone here since I was a child and used to think it was a good place.... Until I grew up and took off the rose colored glasses. Misdiagnosed for 10 years. The receptionists are rude and to be frank don't have a clue how to do their job and treat you like a burden. The doctors are condescending if you're not elderly or in perfect health. Getting necessary perscriptions refilled takes days of calling and waiting for a call back. Waited two weeks for a referral just to find out said referral doesn't even take my insurance. Them having a cute little convenient lab downstairs for bloodwork is not worth the stress and headache to go here. Just don't do it. I wish I could take back all of the times I recommended them to friends and family in the past. I can't even count how many customers, I mean patients, I have sent their way. Because those I have recommended them to aren't having any easier of a time than I am.

My wife was recently treated at Health Center by Abby Olden. She was seen the same day as she called. Great service from the receptionist, staff, Abby, and the follow up was professional and responsive. My wife has received quality medical care each time she has needed it. My mother also has visited the center and received similar excellent service.

My doctor's office in Moultonborough closed due to consolidation. I called Belknap Family Health to schedule an appointment with an APRN who had been at my previous practice. I was told they "would get back to me soon" to schedule the appointment. Seven weeks later, they have not returned my call. Obviously they don't need new patients, so you might not want to waste your time.

I have called Belknap family health to schedule a check up for my kids. I continue to get an answering machine and continue to leave messages. 7 calls, 5 weeks later, 5 messages left and they have not returned any of my calls. I still cannot get ahold of a person. Obviously they do not need patients, you might not want to waste your time...

I've been trying to get a hold of this office for MONTHS to schedule a checkup and get a prescription refill. No callbacks, no word at all. Someone should revoke their licenses immediately, because in all my years, I've NEVER been treated this way by a healthcare clinic. They are a disgrace to the industry, and quite frankly, to the town of Meredith. I wish I could leave a zero-star rating.

Staff is very friendly and caring. Jeanne Prescott took my Mom on As a patient when mom was visiting from Florida and became ill. I feel that I get comprehensive Care each time I am seen.

I love this place!! Best place I have gone to in awhile! Judge free zone if you topple the scale...and they have smiles and early morning appointments!! And..they even have a lab and xray..pretty soon I'll be able to do my mammograms there..can't wait...I highly recommend this place to go to for all your medical needs...I'm happy! :

I absolutely love this practice. I've had experience with several of the providers here, and they go above and beyond for their patients.
