Believe Fit

I was originally excited to find an online merchant that sells Lorna Jane apparel at such a heavily discounted price. The fact that my order took about 3 weeks to arrive was a bit unusual, but what really bothered me was how they handled the situation when I told them (and showed them with photos) that one of my leggings had a hole in it. I didn't think it was unreasonable to be issued a return label at the merchants expense, but surprisingly, they did not agree and told me that I could have caused the damage myself. This is despite the fact that the defect was discovered within 48 hours of receiving the item and it still had all tags attached. After extensive back and forth and making me feel like I was the one being unreasonable, they offered to "compromise" by issuing me store credit. Had this been offered initially, I would've gladly taken it, but this experience has left such a horrible impression on me that I will not ever purchase from them again. I certainly understand that heavily marked down items are final sale, but a customer should not be asked to bare the entire cost of a return when the item received is defective.

I was so excited to go into Believefit as I heard they carried the Lorna Jane line which is my favorite. However, once I entered the store, I immediately got a bad vibe as the girls (mainly the one with red hair, not sure if the others were employees or not) were very disinterested in helping me and seemed more into gossiping with each other. I find it SO unattractive to be in a place where the girls are gossiping and bashing another girl who I believe was a former employee. There's no way I would go back and give them my money, I'd rather take it somewhere else!

Worst customer service I have received in this town . The girl working was unknowledgable and very rude. And when I called to question her policy she hung up on me
