I Would Love To Rate This Higher Because The Customer Service Was Great. However The Food Was Not What I Expected. I Had 3 Tacos & Only Liked 1/3 The Rice Was Just Not It. The Margaritas & Corn Was Great! I Would Go Back No Rush Tho.
I've heard so many good things about Bel Air in Tosa and I wasn't disappointed! Our server Tyler was super kind, stopping by frequently to ask us if we needed anything, to make sure everything was good, and to refill waters/chips. The atmosphere was very chill and cozy and the food was great of course! The margaritas were super good and not priced that bad either 10 for 1, 18 for a half pitcher. Definitely will be back again!
I'm changing my review to 5* as the tacos were amazing. We got 8 different ones and most, if not all, were really good, and for a bargain. Also, the takeaway was very smooth and fast. I would recommend!
I Always wanted to come check this place out and finally did and unfortunately was extremely disappointed. First let's start with the good. Place looks really nice and is perfect for the summer with open garage doors and has nice outside area as well. The chips for the salsa is really good and fresh. You get I think two or three different salsa which was ok. The beans were some of the best I had so far. Now be prepare no parking lot unless your picking up only otherwise you must park on the street which we was lucky enough to find one. There might be a wait which isn't to bad if it's nice out so you can sit outside. The picture of the burrito was better then the tacos solely because it wasn't dry. A manager who just so happen to visting the store ended up needing to wait on us and check us out because we were totally abandoned by our waiter from the start. There isn't much of a selection on taco choices and I pick three different kinds which were all dry even after requesting sourcream and salsa to help the dish. Also, kind of pricey for what we receive. I would give this place one more try before I count them all the way out!
I like this place, the vibe is very similar to the other locations they have. The food is always good. The service is extremely good, but it's a little too fast depending upon when you go. We got our chips and queso minutes before we actually got our tacos. It's a very minor complaint.Food: 5/5
My sister placed an online order for pick up. She sucks at technology. You're GM, checked, and found no order was placed. Our fault. Jennifer was so awesome!! She retook the order and had literally brought it outside to me, as I was parked in the bike lane. I hope I got her name right. It was Saturday night. 12/10/22. Great experience. We'll be back, again soon!! Thank you, so much, for being so helpful!
Wanted to give 5 stars sooo bad, fun service, solid drinks, great apps and some great sounding and creative taco combinations. Maybe it was just a little later on a Saturday night and the kitchen was winding down, but you have to send out proteins that aren't dried out. Pork, chicken and beef all just dry enough to bring down the dish. Reconstitute those throughout the night and you won't disappoint! Will be back to try again next time in town.
Food was a little confusing to order from the menu. Because of this we each ended up ordering just 1 taco each. But otherwise we had a great time. The servers are super friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was enjoyable!Food: 4/5
I really loved this place. I was walking pass and decided to stop in due to the "Hype" I seen. Service was fast. I sat at the Bar, Bartender was Great. Food was so fresh. I loveddd the rice. Will be backFood: 5/5
Very good location but not enough parking. The AC is good for a hot day. Very spacious dining and good outdoor seating. The food is good, fast service and good beer.
