Came in around 9pm, all the staff were standing behind one register, talking, leaning against the wall. As I approached them, they all continued talking as if I wasn't there. After about 10 seconds, one sarcastically asked "can I help you?". I then asked for a single case of beer. After paying, the employee pointed to the cases of beer out on the floor. I politely asked for a cold case from the back, having been to this store many times I know the cases in the front are not cold. He then tells me "the cases in the front are colder" with an added sarcastic snicker from the rest of the employees. Needless to say, the beers were warm, and they all failed in their responsibilities to provide customer service.
