Called to let the staff know that I was running 15 minutes late and got an approval to do so...Arrived 16 minutes late and Dr Maqbool refused to see me..The office was not busy at all...I will not be returning...

Every time I go here, I wait for 45 minutes or longer past my scheduled appointment. If I did this in my line of work I would have ZERO clients. Respect peoples times. It doesn't matter, early appt. or late, expect a wait. Someone with authority needs to read these comments and take them into consideration on how to improve the customer experience.

I went to 5-7 other offices before choosing this one as my primary care. Dr. Eckel is extremely caring and only refers me to the best of the best when I need a specialist. Every doctor in the area knows her well! The other doctors and staff in this office are if the same caliber. The most I have waited to go back for an appt is 10 min over the past 10 years! Excellent attention to their patients! You won't be disappointed!

I have seen dr stachelski for years. He is a great dr and really takes his time with his patients. He has sat with me for 30-40 min going over medical history. The bad thing is he is very overbooked and hard to get into. If you don't see him yearly they consider you a new patient. However I have had to go to urgent care numerous times due to sickness and I couldn't get into him for a week. The receptionists can be short over the phone and I feels they need some help in that area. I deal with the 2 hour wait and inconveniences cause he is a great dr.

I have no idea what happened with anyone else but my best friend, my son and I go here. Ive never waited long for our appts. Never receive negative attitudes or bad service. Dr. Alrais is amazing. He doesn't push meds on you if you don't want them and advises natural ways first. He explains everything to me. He is wonderful with my son. He spends as much time with us as needed. He asks if we understand. He even ran an MRI for me to check the medical history i have in my family for brain bleeds because I hadn't been checked in over 10 yrs and because i was worried about my migraines. He definitely cares. I recommend this office all the time!!!
