It was very convenient to have this amazing restaurant with a lovely view inside of the Ramada hotel. We used our breakfast vouchers from our inclusive hotel booking and had a delicious late breakfast at the restaurant. Our kind waitress provided a menu with extensive options and everyone was able to order a dish to their preference. We would honestly return here as the food was well prepared and exceptionally better than any breakfast we've had at other recent hotels. Service at the table was friendly, professional, and prompt. Everything was well maintained and immaculate in the restaurant. Also, the view is amazing from the restaurant! The design is open, linear, and filled with an abundance of natural plants and light.
The restaurant was closing at 11:00am and we were in at 10:55am we were greeted by Lisa who invited us in and asured us there was no issue. We could order, and being the only couple in the outside patio, was also not an issue. We sat far from the entrance to admire the view. We ordered the protein yogurt mix protein bowl and Kids French toast. Even tough we were told people liked the coffee. Well, this coffee was not so awesome for me but a little 10% cream, provided, added taste to my experience. The protein bowl was excellent and priced alrightfor the amount. I have provided a picture. The French toasts were OK. However, the service from Lisa deserves a high level of recognition. Lisa, you are the best : ... thank you! ... I recommend this place to anyone while Lisa is in charge. The patio chairs are very comfortable, the view is beautiful, and inside it is quite pleasant. All is clean and in good taste. Great washrooms by the entrance as well
Service was a bit slow, but food was very tasty and had a good portion size. We had to wait a long time outside to be seated and no one came to us until we had to go inside and meet the server. Servers were friendly and polite, however, being a guest at the hotel it wasn’t convenient to be waiting so long. Excellent food though.
Please stay away from this place. We were the first customer for lunch today and ordered a steak which was delicious but it was one side not grilled one side carbonated and burnedi didn't care and was delicious enough to forgive that issue We also ordered a chef surprise plate whick you should order minimum of 4 per and we been 2 Any way we decided to order and take the rest home It was in lunch menu which make you think its a pece of every food not appetizers as described little of everything. It came in a really good look but First the cheese over salad tastes was awful like molded. All vegetables were spoiled and not clean and smell like garbage The plate was not what a chef cook as you see it was factory made sausages and onion rings and fried cauliflowerswhat really chef made??!! But you were right it was a surprise of bad and unskilled chef plate. After complaining to the server, and she could see even we didn't touch a quarter of the plate as it was really garbages not food, she gave us 14 dollars discount lol As the money was not an issue we said nothing and left the rest, it was not worth to take it home even. Finally we paid 120$ for 2 person to eat a burned steak and look at chef not eat able surprise. That one star is only for the view of balcony and the google policy which i can't rate lower than one.
Food was very delicious and staff were athletic and nice I'm glad I went it's a decent priced place near Niagara falls. Waited a long time but they explained why with the short staffing made sense. Loved it
the view is really beautiful and worth it to stay for a while. My lunch took an hour to come, but was yummy . ordered a chicken sandwich, delicious and spicy. You can choose fries or salad.
Beautiful scenery, amaizing food, and nice severs. I've got chef's choice shareable menu. All the items were delicious. Juicy and smoky meats were fantastic, Rainbow burger was so~~~~great, and chicken wrap was absolutely perfect! Also, I recommend Korean Nacho!!!!! Crunch, Sweet and spicy~~~ I love it. I would like to taste all of the menu.
As we walked in and had reservations for a bday dinner things definitely started out fine and our server was exceptional did not catch her name during the dinner the manager came by and was quite rude in ber demeanor against a friend of ours which is why I gave it a 3 star although if that incident did not happen at the end definitely a wonderful place with a great view of the marina and the foog is absolutely moutu watering- enjoy
Service was good and nice view. Was craving prime rib after a full day of Wine Tastings. We ordered the 8oz prime rib, 16oz prime rib for 2 people, prime rib sandwich, salmon and fish tacos for 6 diners . We were disappointed that the prime rib did not meet up to our expectations. It was tough to cut and chewy from so much fat. When the waitress came by to check on us, my friends said it was fine but didn't get a chance to speak up since she rushed off. We were hungry and didn't want to wait for another one to be prepared. We did mention it later and showed our prime rib to our server. She wished we had mentioned it sooner when something could be done about it. The manager came over and gave her the feedback of our prime rib. They discounted our prime rib meals with 25% off as we could not finish our meal which was nice but quite honestly should have been at least 50% off or on the house due the poor quality as seen in the pictures. Would have given 1 star but since there was an attempt to appease us and the rest of the meals were fine, I'm giving 2 stars ie. Dislike vs hated it
First time to this restaurant sadly lived here for 26years and never been we sat on the patio beautiful evening lovely view ordered the Korean nachos and the were delicious, we really enjoyed them can't wait to go back for more soon. We also had steak with grits and fish and chips which were both delicious, I loved that the chip portion wasn't overwhelming like when you usually order fish and chips. This was the perfect amount. The staff was kind. I would definitely go back. Thanks
