Great place but doesn't accept most insurance and you have to pay up front and get reimbursed by your insurance company

All other dentists in the past that I went to and their staff were not friendly not nice at all they would pull teeth without it being numb!!! But Dr Sullivan and his team are extremely nice and take their job quite seriously and when I walk in the office to be taken back the people are professional and sweet and kind!! Last Thursday morning I had my 4 wisdom teeth pulled and you know what yes I am in pain but they were so so nice!!! Anyways Beacon Dental Dr and staff you are all just amazing and I wanted people and you to know that you guys are fanominal and I won't be going anywhere else!!! :). Thanks for taking pride in your job and your caring attitude for us your customers/clients!! :). If anyone reads this I recommend coming to check my dentist and his team out give them a chance!! :)

Beacon Dental Center has the most patient and caring staff. I have had a fear of the dentist my whole life and going here, they eased my fear and were very gentle. Their office doesn't even smell like the typical dentist office. The staff's main concern is making you feel comfortable from the minute you pick up the phone to when you come in for your appointment. I have transferred my whole family to Beacon Dental Center because of the wonderful experience I have had. I am now almost finished with my orthodontics and will be getting implants soon and I have no worries.

I've been coming to Beacon Dental Center since 2008. I've always been impressed with how nice and respectful the staff is and the quality work they do. I am scared of the dentist in general but they know how to put me at ease and help me through it. 😊

I have had more problems with this office than I can count! The final staw was today. I always get to our appointments early and after being there for 25 minutes I approached the front desk who claimed my appointment was at 4:00! We have never had an appointment that late and I had a text from the office confirming that it was at 10. When I showed Donna she acted like I was an idiot! This is the most unprofessional office I have ever encountered!
