I needed immediate care from a dentist in Charlevoix today. I researched available local dentists and called Dr. Balasz's office at 8:02 a.m. Carol answered the phone and was wonderful. She called me back within a few minutes and I had an appointment at 1:00 pm. Dr. Balasz found the time in his busy scheduled to remove my failed implant. I left his office at 2:00 p.m. The entire staff was efficient, friendly and welcoming. The office is pleasant, bright, and clean. This was a great experience for me.

I had been looking for new dentist because I didnt care for my old one. Dr Balaz was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable : the staff was awesome and were very kind and professional. Definetly will recommend to anyone
