Beach Hardware

A great neighbourhood hardwood store carrying just about everything you are going to need. This store is well stocked and is well staffed with knowledgeable and pleasant people. It also had curbside pick-up during the height of Covid. It is just so much easier to go to the local hardware store than it is to go to the big box stores for everyday hardware needs. Parking is on the street so could be tight at times. I recommend it for all hardware items.

Bought a toilet seat and the hardware did not work. The threads of the plastic screw would not tighten to the bolt, both provided as part of the assembly. They refused to take it back with the explanation provided that it was opened. Couldn't possibly know it was faulty without opening. Extremely disappointed in their policies and explanations that were illogical. Won't return to purchase from them and will advise anyone else to avoid.

pretty gpod selection, just basic needs, but buying at big box stores has us spoilt for choice. as a local hardware store, its much appreciated, helpful as they csn be and friendly staff

It's not your fault. I need a more industrial supply of tools and supplies. You didn't have either bit i needed, but some random others.... i just ordered curbside at big box store and will just have to wait. I wish we had a Home Hardware Building Center in the area. You're a very lovely little hardware store for homeowner needs, and your staff is usually very, polite patient and professional. Keep up the good work!

I tried to return a couple items I purchased at a different Home Hardware locatio. I explained to who seemed to be the manager that I had lost the receipt but I would happily show him the transaction on my bank account. After checking the transaction, he said " alright let's check" as if he was doing me a favour. He scanned the 2 items i was returning and said that because I kept one that so happened to be $2.00 more expensive the price of the items i wanted to return didn't match the transaction so he couldn't help me. Now I have to drive 1.5 hrs to return 2 extention cords...

Used the corporate website to make an order. I made sure the items were listed as available at the store. I received an email with 24 hrs saying the items were ready for curbside pick up. I arrived at the store and was promptly greeted and asked for my name to get my order. While i waited i was asked 4 times if I had been helped . I received my order within less then 5 minutes . Don’t be disappointed by the corporate site which states 10 days to pick up. Just make sure the items are available/in stock.

What can I say. As me an my girl Tiny PUG. Always have an amazing journey to and from. And she's loosening up with meet other dogs. Because it's always been her an mom. Unfortunately mom has just passed away. So now she's facing this big world
