Pretty awesome bunch of ppl working here! I came to get all the tools that I needed for a new job with absolutely no idea what sizes of each tool on the list I needed, the guy behind the counter was so helpful and even another customer joined in to help me! Was a great experience and I'll recommend this place to anyone who needs tools and equipment!! You guys rock!!
Not sure what others are speaking of but they've always been incredibly helpful and friendly. Ya they shut down the aisles when COVID hit, what business didn't create something inconvenient. Ya they shut down cash sales but so did every other wholesaler of all types plus it's opened back up. They're selection is great and if they didn't have stock it was there the next day from Kelowna. They have an awesome warranty system,well with Milwaukee tools specifically, and honor it always.
Hot trash service and even worse selection. Inquiring if they have something and met with “good luck”. Asked if they k ew of any where to go. Met with “good luck” again! I was trying to get washes and circlips.. got more help from a customer in a parking lot.
The service is so poor in this store its despicable. They treat you very poorly and make you a nuisance for asking questions. All the aisles are blocked off due to covid so they force you to wait in line and be berated by an unfriendly staff person. You would be better off to go somewhere else.
After searching for stainless steel staples all over Penticton, Jay at Windsor was the only person who offered to bring some in for me.nnIt is an uncommon fastner, and conversations with other stores in town left me feeling frustrated and unheard. At one point, I was even asked what the budget for my project is and told that I would need a guy at that stores office to go over my materials list for me. Needless to say, I felt very condescended to.nnI regret calling Windsor Plywood last, and will always be sure to go to them first in the future. Thanks Jay!
