Bay Pharmacy

Incredibly unprofessional. I call in a perscription monthly (for at least 6 months) and have never requested it to be sent to the island, my SO always picks it up for me because I don't get off until after close. They sent my perscription to the island and laughed at my SO when he came to pick it up. I called to find out why it was sent over and I got "well can't he just come back and pick up a new one." (No he left for work in petoskey.) And "Well what do you want me to do about it?" The answer? Do you're job correctly or don't work with people's medicine.

We were on vacation from out of town and one of our kids got an ear infection. I brought the insurance card but forgot about the prescription card. The lady was so patient with me and called insurance for me when it was my fault I forgot it. Also while I was waiting another couple from out of town were there and they didn't have their medicine in stock so the girl was nice enough to call other pharmacies that would be on their route north. I thought the staff was very kind.

Workers are not helpful. Won't let you try something on. Then after you try it on in the parking lot, they will not accept the return. Quite a policy! Avoid.

Just spent 25 dollars on the ferry to pick up a prescription from the island because the order missed the previous boat and they aren't open on weekends. When I finally got there I encountered rude service. Less than satisfactory for someone in pain or sick. They know they're the only Pharmacy in town.

Local pharmacy, but some prescriptions are limited, call ahead.
