Below avg course overall, greens are not kept good, mostly par 3s, marshals are not friendly, no beer cart, golf carts falling apart ie old propane style, flat tires, bag belts not functioning. But it's 30 bucks I guess.
Not in good shape. Grass too long at rough and teeing grounds. Putting greens in poor condition. Price is the only attraction to go in practicing your irons.
Terrible, don’t golf here. We got a third hand golf cart that barely worked, no ball washers on any holes, divots and dry patches on pretty much every green and The parking lot is very dangerous. I finished my round to find my car windshield was absolutely destroyed by a range ball. The golf course takes no responsibility towards this and signs state that Bathurst glen is not liable for any damages. It’s ridiculous! And after emailing them about this I have yet to receive a response. I will never golf here again
I really like this course for the money you spend. It's a mixture of somewhat challenging par 3's and 4's for a beginner like me. The course is somewhat well maintained. Probably my favorite course for the value. Until I become an expert no issues coming here to play.
I’m a beginner and enjoyed this course. Most of the holes are Par 3’s, there aren’t that many obstacles, the course is not too big but I’d still recommend a golf cart. The only issue we had, was that by the 10th hole, there were 2-3 groups lined up waiting to tee up.
I went for a twilight round this past Tuesday 08/09. First time there in a couple of years and I was disappointed to say the least. 1 - The putting greens were in terrible shape. Huge dried patches and divot everywhere. 2 - Golf carts were not maintained - The one that I was stuck with had loose straps for the golf bag, which caused it to fall off while driving. Ended up denting my golf clubs on concrete ground 3 - There were no marshals at the starting Tee so people just starts whenever, which caused quit a bit of a back up. My tee time was 5:20 and the group behind me was for 5:50 but started right after me. We ended up pairing together to speed things up. I understand I only paid $52 for a cheap round of twilight golf with cart and shouldn't expect much but for that price range within the same area Bloomington Down and Rolling Hills provides a much better condition and experience. I personally do not recommend this course and wouldn't go back again.
A nice public course but don’t expect much. Geese poop all over the greens. Water declared high in sodium. The greens have more patches that a quilt. Play but with low expectations.
This was my first time here as well as my child and his friends. Nick, Clare, PJ and the driving range staff provided excellent customer service and were so friendly. I would highly recommend coming here. Its perfect on a nice day hanging out with friends. My child and his friends had an amazing time for their first driving range experience. Thank you Nick. You and your staff were tremendous and made my son's bday a blast.
Great course for beginners with a mix of par 3s and 4s. The starting marshal was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would've enjoyed it more if we didn't have a very slow group in front of us that did not follow pace of play - they looked like new golfers who may not know etiquette of letting people play through but we were waiting at least a few minutes at every hole. In terms of the course it was ok - other reviews mentioned that it was not well maintained and I could see their point as there were several places it looked like they were filling old bunkers with grass which were not playable and as well there were several greens in bad condition including the 18th. Would play again only because I liked the length of this course as a beginner.
Kind staff and for pretty good price. We went on weekday so it wasn't too busy. Great for beginners to practice, the only thing is needing to patch up some of the grass. They do offer clubs for rental at $5.
