Needed something they didn't have used so they ordered it nee for a great price. Came in 2 days!
Unorganized. Say they have parts. Drive 2 hours to get them and they can’t find them. Then give you the shoulder shrug. Oh well he says. Go for an alternator with 9000KM for 125 dollars and try to sell me a Alternator that sounds like it’s full of gravel, with 120,000KM for the same price. Lol This company and there employees are absolutely ridiculous. I’ll never go back. Maritime Auto and Gauthraus’s will always get my business from now on… way better service and willing to help customers. Not push them out the door with garbage parts and lies.
Best service and great customer service as well as if wrong part they will make it right
Never picks up their phones, no messaging system. Was on hold over 45 minutes and no representative ever came on the line to ask to please hold. Most of the time the line went right to busy. Awful customer service, avoid like the plague.
