Amazing people and service at Mike's Service Centre! The team are very friendly, professional, and go out of their way to help customers. In July 2025, my family was on a road trip touring the Maritime provinces and we got a rear flat tire while on the highway. It was late in the day on a hot Friday afternoon. When we arrived, Marc Goguen and Jake Jones came to our rescue, replaced the tire and got us back on the road — and they even stayed past closing time just to help us out! Fantastic team. Thank you so much guys for helping to save our family vacation.

We blew a trailer tire on the highway and called to see if they had the size we needed. We showed up 15 mins later and he helped us get back on the road with two new tires. Great friendly service!

Was looking into a new mechanics shop in Shediac after having a bad experience at my previous shop. I took my wife’s VW to Mike’s and asked for an oil change and a new set of summer tires. The service counter gave me multiple options for tires and I chose the most cost effective for us. Set an appointment for a week later and had my wife bring the car in. They shuttled her back to our house because they wanted the car for half the day. My wife said the conversation home was friendly and easy-going. Back to the car, they called her to inform her that she needed a new air filter and cabin air filter. They tried first to clean the air filter but it was too far gone. She approved the work and they installed the new filters. She was called again when the car was all done and was shuttled from our home back to the shop. The whole team was kind, polite and didn’t “take advantage” or “pull a fast one” on my wife. I have a safety due for my Ram pickup and wheel bearing work that needs to be done on it, and I’ll be sure to use Mike’s as my go to shop. Thanks again everyone!

My car generator was broken and I had it repaired here. The customer service called and told me that it would cost $626 to replace the new generator, but when I went to pick up the car, I was told that the replacement generator was a second-hand generator, which made me feel cheated. In addition, the generator baffle was damaged by the repairman during the installation process, and they did not apologize at all.

Highly recommend!!!! These guys got me out of a jam on short notice. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
