Went in lastnight with a violent and persistent cough for over 3 weeks and my right side of body began hurting very badly. Was promptly checked in and greeted by a very cordial staff.
Triage nurse was exceptionally diligent to attention to detail while being overall pleasant to both my husband and myself. X-ray tech and all meddacs who saw or checked on me were very nice and polite. And doctor had great bed-side manners!
Was in and out in within 2 hours and it was a very pleasant and professional experience considering how awful I was doing.

Sat in the er for over 6 hours in pain waiting to see the doctor for them to tell me it was gonna be another few hours.
That was six months ago. ^
Took a friend to the er tonight. Nobody in lobby. She was Throwing up blood multiple times. Waited over an hour. She asked for pain meds while she waited. Waited another hour for no pain meds and nobody checked in her. Rude ass staff when she tried to leave.

ER experience was split. First doctor seemed tired and lacking effort, second doctor was much more investigative as to my issues. Wait time is not long, nurses and aides are nice. Dr. Beauchamp, PCM was great, but he got switched to another floor, I miss his care. General surgery, Dr. Sears is a wonderful doctor, highly recommend him. I hesitated with surgery by the previous doctor there, but Dr. Sears made me feel 100% confident in having my procedure done. He's a great doctor. Surgery staff, OR nurses, anesthesia was kind and comforting. OB has been a pleasant experience so far. I love relay health, fast response times with doctors and appointments.

Had my daughter there September 2016. Best experience; everyone was so nice in L&D. Special shout out to my night nurse (Flo) who kept me calm and comfortable during my labor.
Had my Gallbladder Removed February 2017 surgeon was so nice nurses were great and we're very reassuring.
