Baskin-Robbins

We went to go celebrate my sons 1st day of 1st grade, And get a scoop or 2 of ice cream. When we went to go choose our flavors I noticed MOLD!!! And RUST on the freezer rails on the lids, That are still wet from being cold and almost dripping onto the ice cream. I personally WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK. That could potentially make someone very sick.

Went here last night and woke up all early morning long with some nasty food poisoning. The power went out recently for multiple days and I doubt they replaced the bad icecream

Horrible customer service. Took my money elsewhere. Not the first time the people working there are rude.

A quick stop for our all-time-favorite nice creamy cold ice cream in bowls in the main avenue of Marysville.

Unsanitary. Been going here for over 10 years, they're never friendly but I love Baskin Robbins and this is the nearest location it's never really bad, ya know. We go for the ice cream. Anyways, today was really the last straw, we went in, the man we know this is the owner and his wife were there, didn't greet us they never do anyways, we had a moment to think but they still didn't acknowledge us. Finally I went up to the lady owner also and asked if we could order. She starts prepping our order and we realize neither one of them are wearing a mask. All the ice cream containers were opened, our sundae is right in front of her and she's talking over it without her mask on. We politely delcined the ice cream and let her know we were uncomfortable with it and left. On the front door, there's a hand written sign stating that all guests are required to wear a mask.... I guess that doesn't pertain to the owners. Also, there's a few too many flies in there by the ice cream.

So clean. Best Ice cream around. I got the BlackBerry Hibiscus with black tea. So good!

I order d a mint chocolate shake and asked for it to be thick and when I got it it was nothing but milk.I then asked for them to please fix it by adding more ice cream and they cursed me out of the store. I wouldn’t even give this place a star but it was the only way to leave a review

My sister and I stopped in here for a quick ice cream to end the night. They two older couple were working and they didn't smile or welcome us into the store. I felt like they just didn't want to be there and didn't enjoy any aspect of serving the customers. I feel this place needs new workers, I use to stop at this same B.R. when my kids were living at home, I will not return. Ice cream parlors are supposed to be friendly and relaxing not this one, I would rather go to do the store and by Ice cream then go into this place again.

It was just shy of $5 for a tiny scoop and the most unfriendly service I’ve ever experienced. Also the ice cream tasted stale.

I have never been to a Baskin Robbins when they didn't have a Pralines and Cream cake. Don't head here unless you like mint or Oreo because that was literally ALL they had and the man behind the counter was less than pleasant.
